PJpupp: Whew! We just got home from a very long trip. We went to Scottsdale, Arizona for the United States Dog Agility Association Cynosport World Games where Rickie Roo, Gigi and Magi competed in team events and I competed in Veteran All Around events. Chili Dog and Hobo came too and they got to go lure coursing. It was so much fun. 

Rickie Roo: I got to meet my little brother for the first time! His name is Burns and he is a Rat Terrier just like me. We both have the same daddy but different mommies. He’s a boy and I’m a girl so that makes us a little different too. Mom says I was just as naughty as he is when I was his age. 

Gigi: We met his brother Thor too. Thor is a Rat Terrier also, but from different parents than you Rickie Roo. 

Rickie Roo: He was a bit naughty. He pottied on the bed in the hotel. I never did that.

Gigi: Shhhhhhhhh! You aren’t supposed to tell that!

PJpupp: His mommy promptly cleaned it up, so there is no need to spread gossip Rickie Roo.

Rickie Roo: Well, he was fun to play with. That is until he tried to take MY toy.

Gigi: I thought competing in agility was more fun.

Rickie Roo: Oh, me too! I was a roving reporter for the games and I got to interview some top canine athletes including our i Love Dogs pal Luka.

PJpupp: That was a good interview Roo.

Rickie Roo: He said the best thing he won at the games was a bone and some Ben & Jerry’s vanilla  ice cream. I want some of that.

Gigi: YUM!

Rickie Roo: Mommy says all of us did great this week, but we didn’t get any ice cream. We did get meatballs though. I wonder if Luka likes meatballs.

PJpupp: You WERE very good all week Rickie Roo. You didn’t make very many baby dog mistakes even though you were the youngest dog entered.

Gigi: I’m proud of you Rickie Roo!

Rickie Roo: I learned it from you PJpupp and from Magi and Gigi, too! Mommy says that Magi and Gigi made the Semi-Finals and that it was a big deal.

PJpupp: Yes it was. All of the dogs from our team were very good this year.

Gigi: Oh, don’t forget we met lots of new doggies when we gave away some of TJ’s Health Bites at the show.

PJPupp: And the guests at the hotel where we stayed got some for each dog that checked in.

Rickie Roo: I like my TJ’s. They taste like Peanut Butter.

PJpupp: A whole week of showing, and then riding back and forth in the car, has worn this old dog out.

Gigi: It wore me out too.

Rickie Roo: Not me! I think I will go look for a bone!
